The attendance for our October meeting was small, so there was no business meeting as such. The program by host Bill Shull was on the servicing of Viennese Pianos, an excellent & much appreciated presentation enhanced with a beautiful period instrument in the process of a complete restoration.
For our meeting this month chapter members are encouraged to attend a joint meeting with the LA Chapter at the Steinway Piano Gallery in Pasadena, located at 150 E. Colorado Blvd. #101 (corner of Arroyo Parkway & Colorado). The presentation will be by John Patton, Vice President of Steinway & Sons and President of Boston & Essex Piano Operations. Please note that the meeting is Monday, November 20. Refreshments will be served at 6:00 pm, and the program begins at 7:00 pm.
