POMONA VALLEY CHAPTER

During our February business meeting we voted to change the quorum requirement from the previous: "Chapter meeting quorum shall consist of franchised members who represent at least 25% of the franchised membership of the Chapter" to "Chapter meeting quorum shall consist of the Chapter President or Vice President and 4 other franchised members." The vote passed unanimously 9-0.
Chapter President Paul Rey's wife Dorie has agreed to serve as the Treasurer for the Chapter. She will be taking over from Don Bigler who has graciously served as Chapter Treasurer. Don has provided us with many years of valuable service and has our sincere appreciation.
For the presentation segment of the meeting we watched “Note by Note: The Making of Steinway L1037".
In March Paul Rey will be giving the first part of his two part presentation, "Express Prep and Voicing," which covers preparing a piano for sale at a dealership and also when encountering a piano in the home.
