Last month the San Diego Chapter held a technical meeting on the topic of replacing upright hammers with John Gallen. John put his 35 years of experience in the field and his expertise from serving as Production Supervisor at Brooks Limited on display with a very detailed slide deck presentation which demonstrated the methods and creative jigs he uses to efficiently replace hammers when the action is in as well as when it is outside of the piano. Many thanks to John for the time and effort that went into an informative presentation.
Our next Zoom meeting will feature a presentation by Nathan Ehresman from Gazelle on Monday, June 21st at 7:00 pm. The topic will be “ How Gazelle can help your business grow.” We will be talking about different ways that Gazelle helps piano service businesses to grow. Topics we will cover are: the importance of making it easy for your customers to do business with you, how to retain existing customers with limited effort, upselling your services, and generating new revenue without being a sales person. We will have a time for Q&A and we will demonstrate various Gazelle features throughout the time together.
