Last month our chapter held an open discussion on the topic of the recent PTG national convention in Orlando. Thanks to all who attended the convention and brought back lessons learned and stories to share about their experience. Much appreciation goes to our Chapter President, Brian Janey, who while at the convention was busy at work planting seeds for future Zooms with convention class presenters.
Our next Zoom meeting will be on September 28th at 7:00 pm and will feature convention class presenter Eric Johnson, RPT (Connecticut Chapter) on the topic of how to care for and service fine pianos. Eric calls his class “The Care and Feeding of Fine Pianos - the Compact Version.” In this class we will discuss what makes a truly fine piano, who makes them and how your servicing techniques need to be adapted to get the best from them.
