Thank you to all who attended the national convention in July.
For August we will have technical session led by Dan Reed, RPT on the topic of grand action regulation from the high efficiency point of view. This will be a hands on technical session with action models to work on during the lecture. The location is once again the shop of our chapter president, Brian Janey, RPT located in Fallbrook.

Dan Reed, RPT will present a study on the following:

Approaching regulation from the high efficiency point of view
- A close look
at let-off timing as the foundation of regulation
- Identifying the four
after touch errors using four note grand action models
Dan would like to thank David Reed, Kawai America for donating the grand action used in making models for the class, as well as Tim Nunnink and Craig Stephenson at SDSU for the fabrication.
