Greetings to all!
Last month we had our world famous tool auction. The trouble is, not too many people in the world showed up this year. David and Kathy (the VanderSmith group) graciously allowed our chapter to hold this event at their beautiful estate in Anaheim. The casual backyard setting was perfect. Fortunately some of our newer members were able to score some good stuff including three action models.
This month David Vanderlip has agreed to do a class on tool sharpening. David was the instructor of a tool sharpening class I attended at one of the conventions. His program was packed full of valuable information. Tool sharpening is a very good skill to learn for any technician, and David is the perfect guy to teach you how to do it, and what you need to do the job.
So far we are looking at zoom only, things remain fluid and could change.
