September Meeting:

Please take note that we will not have a chapter meeting in September, and we can all look forward to technical meetings resuming in October.
Here is some news from our chapter president, Brian Janey, RPT:
We had a really awesome business meeting at a sandwich shop in Mira Mesa in August and there were so many ideas that we discussed for those who are new to the chapter. The EBoard is going to have a planning meeting the first Saturday of September to go over how we are going to map all this out and plug it all in.
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: Our Chapter has been gifted an older Schimmel grand! I was contacted by someone in Fallbrook who had an older 6' Schimmel grand they wanted out of their house; and after having it checked out (Thank you Dan Reed!), we are going to have it brought to my shop and it is going to be used for a stream of Saturday "Shop Classes," the first of which will be in October.
