Last month Ryan Ellison lead an excellent workshop on action center repinning. After his introduction to the topic, Don Mannino talked about some of the causes of tight action centers and about the technique of using broaches he has taught for many years. Then all in attendance were invited to give it a try! Some action parts were on hand, and many people gave it a try, some for the first time!
In the business meeting we held a brief election of chapter officers which was made simpler because our current slate has agreed to continue serving.

Ryan also mentioned that it really helps him if chapter members would suggest technical programs and/or specific instructors for our meetings! If there are requests, he will do his best to fill them! Email him at cerritospianotuner@outlook.com

This month Ryan has promised a panel discussion on a topic strongly requested from the membership: Customer Relations. There are many facets to this, from having a reminder system, working with call-backs after service, dealing with the customer home environment and pets, and on and on. Bring your questions, pet peeves, and difficult client experiences to discuss with our panel of experts.
Of course, after the discussion we will enjoy pie time as always.
